By submitting a refund feature and entering a bank account in the refund feature for balinorthentour.com products such as and not limited to tour packages, accommodation, entrance tickets to tourist destinations, car rentals, and To Do, the Customer is deemed to agree to all Terms and Conditions related to this refund (“Refund Terms and Conditions”).

Refunds are made in the amount and time in accordance with the cancellation policies and provisions imposed by the Provider Partner and/or Us from time to time.

The amount of funds returned to you is not greater than the nominal amount you paid to Us when you made a purchase transaction for balinorthentour.com Products, adjusted to the policies imposed by each Provider Partner and/or Us.

Customers are required to ensure the accuracy of the bank account information that will be used for the refund process. Customers expressly state that they are fully responsible for any problems arising from errors in the accuracy of the bank account information stated by the Customer.

balinorthentour.com may ask the Customer to send detailed bank account information (if) the Customer has not provided such details, in the event that after 1×24 hours since the request from tiket.com the Customer has not sent detailed bank account information, then tiket.com has the right to process the refund to the Customer’s BlibliPay account.

These terms and conditions only apply to every product purchase transaction on the balinorthentour.com platform that uses any available payment media except credit cards.

For transactions that are paid for using a credit card, the refund is made via the credit card or paylater that you used at the time of the balinorthentour.com Product transaction by considering the provisions set by the credit card issuing bank or related paylater provider.

For transactions that are not paid using a credit card or paylater, the refund will be made to the account directly to the account according to the initial payment made

Refunds will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions that can be seen via the link balinorthentour.com/contact or via whatsapp

In the event that you make a payment by credit card, you confirm that all refund requests submitted to balinorthentour.com are a form of express agreement from you to reject/release/stop the request that you submitted to the credit card issuing bank for the same transaction. balinorthentour.com has the right to cancel a refund request that has previously been approved by balinorthentour.com or a voucher that has been given by balinorthentour.com in the event of a double refund.

The customer hereby declares that the refund process is not related to money laundering activities, funding of terrorism, illegal or other criminal activities. The customer expressly states that he is fully responsible for any use of the refund funds.

tbalinorthentour.com has the right to unilaterally withhold the refund process and withhold funds belonging to the Customer if based on balinorthentour.com’s assessment the Customer violates these Terms and Conditions including misusing the refund feature carried out by the Customer.

tbalinorthentour.com has the right to take any action necessary to mitigate the risk of violation of these Refund Terms and Conditions including but not limited to reporting to the authorized institution or confirming the refund request either to the Customer or to the company/institution where the Customer works as required by tiket.com.

The refund process is entirely a legal relationship between you and the Provider Partner, in this case We only act as a sales agent who forwards your request to the Provider Partner. You are fully responsible if the Provider Partner for any reason whatsoever or legally cannot refund you. You hereby release balinorthentour.com from all claims and losses that you may suffer as a result of the cancellation made by the Provider Partner and/or the Provider Partner’s inability to refund your funds
